For Sale: 1956 356A Coupe, chassis number 56908, 1600 Super 90 Engine. New interior, new tires. Seat belts replaced. This is a limited chance to own a one owner 356. This car has been in the family since new. The car came to San Francisco, California first, then shipped to a Walla Walla, Washington VW dealer. At the time there was no Porsche dealer network system, so VW dealers were the place to buy a new one.This car was & still is a driver, not a trailer queen. The car has never being wrecked, all the panel gaps are original & correct. Still has all of its original glass, front, side & rear. Front & rear bumpers were redone last year, repainted & new deco’s installed. Fog lights added. Have original tool kit too. Original drivers key set & spare key set. Car comes with factory manuals, part books, a complete set of the Maestro books, restoration guides & many other Porsche subject matter books. Also many boxes of spare parts, new & used. A complete 12 volt conversion kit from Parts Obsolete. Parts to build a complete engine, less the engine sheet metal. Brand new standard main & standard rod crankshaft. A complete set of rebuilt Zenith carbs, with manifolds & factory air cleaners. Four sets of "A" connecting rods, three piece engine case (P86540), two "A" cylinder heads, one late model Super 90, bare cylinder head, new still in the factory box. Boxes of push rods, rocker arms, lifters, camshafts, oil pumps, nuts & bolts. Many boxes of factory engine & transmission gaskets. Used piston & cylinder liners. For Sale: Sunroof cups available again. Part #644.564.841.00 These parts are guaranteed to be absolutely identical to the originals except they are made of nylon and should last indefinitely.
